• Online Consultations: Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
• Subscription Plans: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is requested within 3 days of purchase and no services have been availed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

• Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged or different product than what was ordered.
• Subscription Plan Issues: If you were subscribed to a different plan than what you selected.

Conditions for Refunds:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not be used or damaged further.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
• A video recording of the unboxing process must be submitted as evidence.

Refunds for Sale or Discounted Items:

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
• Process:

  3. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging.

Exchange Policy
